Trainee Product Management, Maternal & Infant Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the Product Management team within the Maternal & Infant Care sector by engaging in various tasks and projects.

• Conduct research, prepare, and analyze information related to the market, customers, and competitors.

• Aid in the development of product and marketing initiatives.

• Compile and maintain product and customer data, ensuring it is current in the appropriate systems.

• Assist with forecasting, reporting, and analytical tasks, including the creation of relevant performance metrics.

• Participate in product launches and enhancements.

• Help manage relationships with customers and clinical contacts.

• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Operations.

• Gradually take on responsibility for specific tasks and projects as part of the trainee program.

• Acquire knowledge of essential product management processes and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training or degree in nursing, healthcare, medical technology, medicine, business administration, or a related field; ideally with experience in obstetrics or neonatology (for example, as a midwife).

• A strong interest in Maternal & Infant Care, clinical applications, and medical products.

• A keen interest in market, customer, and competitive analysis.

• An analytical and organized approach to work, with the capability to present complex information in a clear manner.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, demonstrating confidence when engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Self-driven with a desire to learn and develop a career in product management.

• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.
