This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquire the skills necessary to conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs on medical technology equipment following technical documentation and/or modification instructions.

• Cultivate the ability to diagnose and address technical issues at client locations, as well as troubleshoot through remote diagnostics.

• Assist in the installation and deinstallation of systems or optional modules in collaboration with the project management team.

• Timely completion of all administrative tasks, especially daily service reports, weekly timesheets, maintenance records, and other necessary documentation.

• Regularly engage in training on technical advancements, including opportunities for international training.

• Maintain tools, instruments, and testing equipment.

• Offer field service support to customers in the Stuttgart region throughout a 24-month hands-on training period.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of vocational training as a technician or master craftsman, or a degree from a university of applied sciences or university in electrical engineering, medical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.

• Strong practical knowledge in electronics and electromechanics.

• Robust technical and analytical troubleshooting abilities, complemented by excellent communication skills.

• Electrical Qualified Person certification is an advantage.

• Readiness to travel frequently.

• Proficient in German (minimum C1) and good command of English (minimum B1).

• Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite.

• Valid driver's license for passenger vehicles.
