Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits on sites to ensure adherence to Adler and Allan standards, specifications, client expectations, and safety protocols.

• Advocate for the delivery of safe and professional services.

• Identify and resolve issues that arise on site.

• Assist in the installation, decommissioning, and servicing of interceptors.

• Evaluate and guarantee the effective, precise, and high-quality daily operations and service delivery.

• Develop scopes of work, risk assessments, and method statements.

• Operate company vehicles for which you are suitably qualified.

• Create estimates and proposals for clients following site assessments.

• Complete and submit work-related documentation to depot and group management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of single- and three-phase motors.

• Familiarity with separator/interceptor systems.

• Preferably knowledgeable about BS EN 858-2:2003 and BS EN 1825.

• Basic understanding of electrical control panels.

• Knowledge of sewage treatment facilities and pumping stations.

• Experience with issuing and completing RAMS documentation.

• Solid engineering knowledge.

• Willingness to adapt to a changing environment and manage emergency tasks.

• Flexible regarding working hours, travel, and workdays.

• Proficient in computer use, including Word, Excel, and email.

• Capable of preparing and presenting reports using Word, Excel, and email.

• Valid UK driving licence.

• Readiness to pursue additional training.

• Right to work in the UK.

• 18th Edition wiring regulations – BS7671 is desirable.

• Electrical or mechanical competencies – Level 2/3/NVQ or equivalent are preferable.
