Traditional Finance PMO – CEO Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the comprehensive delivery of Binance's Traditional Finance expansion initiative.

• Oversee the integrated program strategy for the TradFi roadmap, which includes key milestones, the critical path, and dependencies between various workstreams.

• Facilitate the PMO operational routine, incorporating weekly workstream evaluations, executive steering committees, RAID logs, scorecards, and launch-readiness updates.

• Propel market-expansion initiatives across diverse regions, ensuring regulatory and licensing readiness, localization, and launch sequencing are effectively coordinated.

• Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors and partners related to market data and infrastructure.

• Establish launch-readiness benchmarks and go/no-go decision points; manage phased rollouts and conduct post-launch evaluations.

• Pinpoint, escalate, and resolve critical-path risks and obstacles across product, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and finance sectors.

• Keep abreast of competitive intelligence within the TradFi sector to guide roadmap prioritization and sequencing.

• Standardize PMO tools and reporting mechanisms, including OKRs, KPIs, and dashboards.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and jurisdictions, providing executive-level visibility from roadmap development to launch.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience in project management within a broker-dealer, exchange, fintech, investment bank, or management consultancy.

• Proven history of delivering trading, market-data, or brokerage products or managing large-scale financial services programs.

• Strong grasp of the TradFi market structure and products across various asset classes.

• Experience in coordinating multi-jurisdictional launches and navigating regulated workflows, including licensing, compliance, and partnership agreements.

• Outstanding executive-level communication capabilities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Competence in making trade-off decisions amidst uncertainty.

• Capability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, high-velocity, crypto-oriented environment.

• Previous experience with a global brokerage or exchange is preferred.

• Familiarity with crypto assets, tokenization, and digital asset trading is a plus.

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks across key global markets is desirable.

• An MBA, PMP, or CFA designation is preferred.
