This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a direct financial collaborator with accounting and overhead department leaders
• Offer analytical assistance regarding overhead expenses and capital expenditure
• Analyze financial information to connect financial outcomes with operational performance indicators
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, which include budget-versus-actual variance analysis
• Collaborate with departmental heads to monitor spending against the budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Document, track, and summarize capital expenditures across different business units
• Prepare, review, and disseminate financial reports to business stakeholders
• Assist the accounting team with month-end closing activities
• Ensure the integrity of data across financial systems and reporting tools
• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updates
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights regarding trends, risks, and opportunities
• Aid in the preparation of executive and board-level presentation materials
• Develop, maintain, and distribute customized reports and financial models
• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing financial reporting tools, templates, and processes
• Assist in implementing processes and managing financial initiatives
• Cultivate collaborative relationships throughout the organization
• Examine large datasets and present clear, comprehensible findings
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis is necessary
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial systems is preferred; familiarity with Oracle's Essbase is a plus
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting system is preferred
• Strong analytical skills in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying financial data to non-financial stakeholders
• Capacity to perform tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team as well as work independently
