Financial Planning Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, oversee, and evaluate the organization's budgeting cycle.

• Carry out the accounting closing procedures, analyzing transactions to ensure proper entry allocations and accurate result determination.

• Create and track budget statements—including the income statement (P&L), balance sheet, and various financial KPIs—across different reporting periods and perspectives to aid managers in decision-making.

• Assess the performance of both quantitative and qualitative revenue, OPEX, and CAPEX metrics across business units.

• Calculate and distribute cost apportionments and allocations following the established methodology.

• Develop financial models.

• Oversee and guide the formulation of action plans aimed at meeting performance targets for business units.

• Generate management reports to track the performance of business areas, supplying all departments with analyses to facilitate decision-making.

• Aggregate information from various departments to create comprehensive reports.

• Prepare executive materials for performance presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong storytelling and executive presentation abilities.

• Experience with Power BI is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL and Qlik is beneficial, but not essential.

• Experience with the AllStrategy budgeting system is a plus, but not required.

• Skills and experience in AI are a plus, but not required.
