This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable financial partner to Go-To-Market leadership.
• Convert business performance data into actionable insights while assisting in planning and forecasting.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for designated GTM functions.
• Lead the analysis of budget versus actuals, pinpoint key drivers, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Develop and sustain financial models that encompass headcount, operating expenses, and other GTM investments.
• Collaborate with functional leaders on annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Evaluate GTM operating metrics such as pipeline, retention, churn, implementation activities, and sales efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports and materials suitable for executive reviews, operational meetings, and board-related inquiries.
• Reconcile financial and operational data across various systems, investigate discrepancies, and enhance data quality and control.
• Assist in headcount planning, hiring analysis, capacity modeling, and workforce investment decisions.
• Design and refine dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical processes.
• Discover opportunities to automate manual workflows and enhance the scalability, accuracy, and timeliness of the FP&A processes.
• Work collaboratively with Accounting, Data, Revenue Operations, People, and Corporate FP&A.
• Provide on-demand analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives, investment cases, and business priorities.
• Over 4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, investment banking, consulting, business operations, or a related analytical area.
• Proficient financial modeling skills.
• Advanced expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Background in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and executive reporting.
• Ability to link financial outcomes to operational drivers and clearly articulate complex analyses to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in collaborating with senior business leaders and constructively questioning assumptions when necessary.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets and reconciling information across multiple systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of ownership, sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a preference for practical, decision-supportive analysis.
• An AI-native mindset with a proven track record of leveraging AI to enhance workflows.
• Experience with HEX is a bonus.
• Preferred: experience in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or subscription-based environment.
• Preferred: familiarity with SaaS and GTM metrics such as ARR, retention, churn, bookings, pipeline, capacity, and productivity.
• Preferred: experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Pigment, Snowflake, Tableau, or SQL-based analytics platforms.
• Preferred: experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, or other post-sales teams.
• Preferred: experience in developing scalable reporting, dashboards, or automated planning workflows.
• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
