This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong, +1 more state.
• Develop original multiple-choice questions focused on Taiwanese or Hong Kong law.
• Create realistic legal scenarios that assess applied knowledge and legal reasoning.
• Design questions suitable for advanced AI evaluation and assessment.
• Ensure that all questions are legally accurate, clear, and unambiguous.
• Apply Taiwanese or Hong Kong legal principles to intricate factual scenarios.
• Create questions that necessitate interpretation, analysis, and professional judgment.
• Differentiate between legally correct conclusions and plausible incorrect alternatives.
• Identify any ambiguity or insufficient information within proposed questions.
• Generate ten answer options for each question, including one distinctly correct answer.
• Provide comprehensive worked solutions that explain the correct answer in Traditional Chinese.
• Review completed questions for legal, linguistic, and structural precision.
• Adhere to project-specific formatting and evaluation standards.
• Recognize and amend unclear wording, inconsistencies, or ambiguity.
• Possession of a law degree or an equivalent national legal qualification.
• Ideally, 2+ years of professional legal experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Taiwanese or Hong Kong law and legal reasoning.
• Native-level proficiency in Traditional Chinese.
• Education or residence in Taiwan or Hong Kong is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and written communication skills.
• Capability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and precisely.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in legal research, professional education, assessment design, or legal content development is a plus.
• Must perform duties without utilizing confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or other third party.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this role.
• Flexible scheduling options.
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project requirements and performance.
