Estate Planning Legal Administrative Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Ensure the confidentiality of both client and firm information.

• Reach out to clients for documentation, updates, and requests.

• Support phone interactions and communications with clients.

• Assist in administrative tasks related to cases.

• Organize and manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence.

• Save, maintain, and structure client files and legal documents.

• Accurately draft estate planning documents.

• Provide general administrative support.

• Assist attorneys and team members with legal and administrative tasks.

• Follow up with potential clients and leads.

• Maintain organized and updated legal records and client information.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to firm growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or in a legal support capacity, or a related Bachelor's degree in legal studies.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at an advanced/native level.

• Strong preference for candidates with estate planning drafting experience.

• Highly preferred experience with WealthCounsel.

• Experience in client communication and lead follow-up is essential.

• Ability to maintain accurate digital files and documentation for clients.

• Proficient in drafting estate planning documents.

• Knowledge of probate and trust administration.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in managing client relationships.

• Skilled in email organization and management.

• Competent in document management and file upkeep.

• Ability to follow instructions and effectively implement feedback.

• Strong attention to detail is required.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Productive and efficient work habits.

• Professional and approachable communication style.

• Capable of critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Willingness to learn and adapt.

• Dependable work ethic and dedication to responsibilities.

• High level of accountability is necessary.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST/EDT is required.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is stated.
