This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Delivers instruction in both theoretical concepts and practical applications of the subject matter in line with state academic standards.
• Teaches courses in environments such as classrooms, labs, or field settings that closely mimic industry conditions.
• Develops course syllabi utilizing the designated template.
• Incorporates contemporary technology within the classroom and lab settings.
• Assesses students’ progress in achieving outlined goals and objectives.
• Evaluates all coursework promptly.
• Ensures that safety and security protocols are adhered to within the discipline area.
• Engages with students, colleagues, and other educators to discuss instructional programs and related matters.
• Prepares and maintains necessary documentation and administrative reports.
• Stays informed about the latest trends and advancements in the field.
• Collaborates with faculty to establish, assess, and evaluate student learning outcomes.
• Provides support to the Program Director and Division Dean/Associate Dean.
• Aids in recruitment, retention, and job placement initiatives.
• Requests and manages supplies and equipment.
• Responds to all emails and requests within 24 hours from Monday to Thursday and within 48 hours on weekends.
• May travel to various campuses for meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Doctor of Jurisprudence or Employment Law; or a relevant master’s degree with at least 9 graduate semester hours in areas such as Legal Environment of Business, Business Law, Contract Law, Employment Law, or Business Legal Ethics from an accredited institution; or a related master’s degree with successful completion of the law portion of CPA certification.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Faculty members must be credentialed to meet the requirements of all relevant accrediting bodies for the assigned course.
• Understanding of the mission of postsecondary technical education.
• Familiarity with academic course standards.
• Awareness of the College’s academic offerings.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering content in classroom/lab settings.
• Capability to make timely decisions.
• Proficient in operating computers and relevant job-related software programs.
• Ability to decompose larger tasks into manageable segments.

• Skill in maintaining accurate records of grades.
