Trading Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Traders in identifying, documenting, and escalating issues within the team.

• Support the verification, adjustment, and creation of Sport & Competition setups across various environments.

• Aid in testing and monitoring app features to ensure optimal functionality and navigation.

• Contribute to compliance checks, market submissions, and post-release testing processes.

• Communicate with data providers and assist with ticketing support.

• Conduct daily reviews of betting content.

• Monitor pre-game and in-play markets.

• Execute cross-functional assignments alongside Compliance, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Assist the Customer Experience team with problem resolution.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Support the 24/7 Risk and Trading Operations team in troubleshooting and escalating issues across operational sports betting platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential.

• In-depth sports knowledge, especially regarding the four major professional sports leagues; familiarity with esports is a plus.

• Experience and knowledge in sports betting would be advantageous.

• Strong and effective communication skills are necessary.

• Proficiency with computers is required.

• Experience using iPhone and Android devices is a must.
