Trading Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist Traders in identifying, documenting, and escalating issues encountered within the team.

• Support the verification, adjustment, and establishment of Sport and Competition setups across various environments.

• Aid in testing and monitoring application features to ensure they function correctly and provide seamless navigation.

• Contribute to Compliance checks, market submissions, and post-release testing processes.

• Liaise with data providers and assist with ticketing support.

• Review betting content on a daily basis.

• Monitor markets for pre-game and in-play activities.

• Complete cross-functional tasks with Compliance, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Assist Customer Experience in resolving issues.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential.

• Extensive knowledge of sports, especially concerning the four major professional sports leagues.

• Knowledge of esports is regarded as an asset.

• Familiarity with sports betting and experience in the field would be advantageous.

• Strong and effective communication skills are a must.

• Proficiency with computers is required.

• Experience using both iPhone and Android devices is necessary.
