This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the contractor recruitment process from the initial outreach to document collection and training.

• Respond to inquiries regarding the hiring process and document each interaction.

• Support recruiters in gathering leads, reviewing insurance, and finalizing hire packages.

• Generate daily and monthly reports.

• Assist in training team members on First American’s recruitment processes and practices.

• Administer and finalize acquisition requests from area managers.

• Guide contractors through home warranty procedures and policies.

• Conduct outbound calls nationwide to promote and communicate the advantages of joining the contractor network.

• Establish both physical and digital contractor profiles.

• Collect necessary documentation from contractors, licensing boards, and insurance providers.

• Aid in initial billing processes via the online contractor portal.

• Negotiate contractor pricing in accordance with company guidelines.

• Monitor reports to detect coverage deficiencies and contractor hiring requirements.

• Keep track of state licensing obligations.

• Process changes to contractor company names.

• Verify contractor hiring-package documentation prior to CRM approval.

• Research and distribute leads for challenging-to-fill positions.

• Assist with process flow, Falcon modifications, and enhancements to reporting tools.

• Collaborate with Marketing to develop innovative contractor marketing strategies.

• Support the Manager with daily and monthly production reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management, customer service, sales, or outbound telesales.

• Basic understanding of commercial insurance.

• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization and follow-up.

• Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated customer service expertise.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing schedules and demands.

• Robust decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities.

• Experience in home warranty or real estate is preferred.
