Senior Patient Recruitment Lead

📋 Description

• Assist in initiatives for patient recruitment, engagement, and retention.

• Oversee patient recruitment projects and provide support for complex case deliveries.

• Organize materials, websites, and campaigns aimed at patients.

• Collaborate with vendors and study teams.

• Track KPIs, metrics, and the performance of recruitment efforts.

• Assist with budgets, purchase orders, and documentation related to projects.

• Contribute to innovative strategies for recruitment.

• Manage communications, presentations, and stakeholder relationships with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment setting.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, including managing complex cases and direct client communications.

• Direct patient-facing experience is essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.

• A passion for enhancing the experiences of patients and caregivers involved in clinical trials.

• Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.

• Confidence and ease in client-facing roles, including engaging in complex discussions and presentations.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively.

• Comfort in working with metrics, KPIs, and project tracking systems.
