Talent Acquisition Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the US recruitment and sourcing team.

• Foster a culture centered on data-driven recruiting and cultivate market intelligence.

• Provide essential insights to the leadership team and hiring managers.

• Implement a performance metrics framework for the recruitment team.

• Direct the planning and execution of selection and recruitment in alignment with the D&I strategy.

• Identify effective channels to address diverse and evolving hiring requirements.

• Formulate an Early Careers strategy to attract and develop a diverse workforce.

• Ensure that stakeholders experience a top-notch recruiting process.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance and promote the employer brand.

• Work alongside leaders to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.

• Streamline talent acquisition processes, tools, and best practices.

• Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers based in the US.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in people management and recruitment leadership, preferably in a global technical setting.

• Proven experience with recruiting and performance metrics, as well as proficiency in recruiting tools.

• Demonstrated ability in reporting and analyzing data.

• Innovative and adaptable mindset, willing to explore and implement new ideas and concepts.

• Established project management experience.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence and negotiate effectively.

• Experience in a global context is preferred.

• Understanding and appreciation of employment and equality legislation applicable to North America.
