Talent Acquisition Partner – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers to assess hiring needs and define candidate profiles.

• Create and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified active and passive candidates.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.

• Perform resume evaluations and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Facilitate phone and virtual screening interviews.

• Provide qualified candidates with screening summaries and recommendations.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for both current and future recruitment needs.

• Offer market insights and information on talent availability.

• Keep precise candidate records and track activities in applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates through prompt communication and follow-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.

• Proven experience in conducting candidate screening interviews and assessing talent.

• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates across various functions and industries successfully.

• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiredScore, Paradox, or similar platforms.

• Excellent skills in communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a distributed team environment.
