This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Advertise job openings on various recruitment platforms, including Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Evaluate applications, screen resumes, and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Recruit and manage personnel for roles involving work with children.
• Identify, contact, and arrange substitute staff when scheduled personnel are unavailable.
• Respond swiftly to urgent staffing requests and ensure all positions are filled.
• Organize candidate schedules, interviews, onboarding processes, and necessary documentation.
• Keep accurate candidate records and update recruitment tracking systems accordingly.
• Adhere to client training, staffing procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Engage proactively with candidates and staff to ensure seamless coordination and minimize staffing shortages.
• Execute additional duties related to the position as assigned.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, or human resources.
• Skilled in conducting interviews and utilizing recruitment platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Experience in a school, childcare, or community-based setting serving diverse families and children is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiar with standard business tools including email, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
• Capable of accurately following established processes with minimal supervision.
• Availability for full-time work, with required coverage from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM New York time and flexibility in scheduling the remaining hours.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a reliable Windows 10+ computer, two monitors, and high-speed internet access.
• Access to a reliable backup power source (e.g., power bank, UPS, inverter, or generator).
• Professional home workstation that supports uninterrupted remote work.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, time-management, multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond promptly to urgent staffing needs and adapt to changing priorities.
