This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Evaluate applicants and facilitate interview processes.

• Assist candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding phases.

• Maintain precise records within the recruitment platform.

• Collaborate with the central team using Discord for effective internal communication and coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering or construction sectors.

• Proficiency in the local market's language.

• Good command of English.

• Excellent telephone communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Capacity to work independently.

• Consistent internet connectivity.

• Residency in Poland, Romania, Portugal, Latvia, or Lithuania.
