Principal Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer sourcing assistance for various engineering roles, which encompasses sourcing, screening, and managing candidate relationships with recruiters.

• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of flexibility in a dynamic environment.

• Proactively provide talent acquisition solutions to recruiters.

• Identify and recruit qualified candidates while ensuring excellent customer service for hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.

• Employ a business-oriented approach to the talent acquisition process.

• Integrate the phases of talent acquisition, development, retention, and company culture.

• Utilize data and market insights to formulate and implement staffing strategies.

• Source and engage with passive candidates from external talent pools.

• Implement Boolean search techniques.

• Use sourcing data in weekly discussions with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership.

• Grasp business, programmatic, technological, and cultural challenges.

• Evaluate candidates for cultural, competency, and skill alignment through in-person or phone interviews.

• Consolidate feedback from candidates and hiring managers.

• Pre-close candidates early in the recruitment process to enhance acceptance rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of recruiting/sourcing or relevant customer-facing experience OR Master’s degree with 3 years of recruiting/sourcing or relevant customer-facing experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of recruiting/sourcing or relevant customer-facing experience.

• Proven knowledge and experience with networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Recruitment experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is preferred.

• Capability to obtain and retain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by the company's business needs.

• U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions that involve government clearances and certain other restricted roles.
