This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of POS systems

• Collaborate closely with the Retail team and manage POS projects

• Handle logistics for counters, spare parts, and refurbishments to ensure timely delivery to stores

• Supervise the merchandising agency, including briefings, visit scheduling, and quality assurance

• Coordinate maintenance requests and complaints until fully resolved

• Execute retail strategies for refurbishments and updates

• Establish measurable processes and continuously enhance them

• Ensure counters are maintained in excellent condition, repairs are performed swiftly, and refurbishments are completed on schedule

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of direct experience in POS operations or merchandising within a store-based retail setting, whether on the brand, agency, or retailer side

• Proven track record, with a specific instance, of upholding consistent standards over an extended period

• Willingness to conduct occasional store inspections at various locations throughout Germany

• Proficient in using Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable

• Fluent in German

• Strong command of English

• Preferably, experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or supplements sector, working with in-store counters in the drugstore channel from either the brand or agency perspective

• Preferably, familiarity with spare parts or furniture logistics

• Preferably, experience using Airtable, ClickUp, or photo-reporting tools

• Preferably, experience in maintaining an asset register or similar data records
