This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide mobile technological support to clients

• Address client inquiries and requirements remotely

• Engage in paid remote training sessions

• Work Monday through Saturday, with one rotating day off each week

• Adhere to the management hours from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in customer service (formal or informal)

• Completed secondary education

• Must have personal PC or laptop with at least 8GB of RAM

• Operating system must be Windows 11 PRO / Enterprise / Workstation

• Minimum processor requirement: 6th Gen or Ryzen 3 and above

• Wired internet connection (no WiFi)

• Camera

• Headset with a functional microphone

• MacBooks are not accepted

• Skills for remote work
