This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Improve and implement the standardized onboarding process for all new TPO partners.
• Oversee the approval, renewal, and deactivation processes for new TPO partners.
• Handle the approvals, renewals, and deactivations for 3rd Party Processing Companies.
• Manage the approvals, renewals, and deactivations for warehouse providers.
• Maintain comprehensive master contact lists for both internal and external TPO partners.
• Distribute daily rate sheets to external partners.
• Oversee the VA Sponsorship approval, renewal, and deactivation processes.
• Enhance and implement processes associated with the White Glove Process.
• Execute the Bulletin process as instructed by TPO leadership.
• Keep timely and accurate information regarding the TPO's online presence.
• Collaborate with Union University to ensure that training requirements are met and fulfilled.
• Provide TPO Expedite data to TPO leadership.
• Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the TPO Operations Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in the mortgage industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Direct experience interacting with consumers and/or business partners.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in multitasking.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify.
