This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct recurring plan administration services under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Assess, investigate, and address participant inquiries, including eligibility, calculation discrepancies, and service delivery issues.
• Evaluate and research system-related issues to ensure compliance with established requirements.
• Analyze benefit reports, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and take appropriate actions as necessary.
• Manage the processing of retirement benefit applications.
• Ensure the accuracy of information and investigate past service and associated credits.
• Develop and provide training to team members.
• Collaborate effectively with plan administrators to accomplish tasks and projects, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Maintain and update documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate work papers and audit trails.
• Act as a liaison with clients’ human resources personnel and vendor support as required.
• Over 5 years of experience in Pension and/or Defined Benefits.
• In-depth knowledge of Pension and/or Defined Benefits.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Pension calculations and Audit Support.
• Proficient in reporting, SQL, and Data Analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions regarding pensions.
