Total Rewards Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee compensation analytics and reporting for leadership and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

• Manage and enhance compensation ranges across various hubs, including new locations and collaboration models.

• Execute compensation review cycles, which encompass matrices, budget models, scenario costing, system settings, and compensation statements.

• Perform comprehensive market benchmarking, including data submissions, survey analysis, positioning conclusions, and recommendations.

• Assist with the rollout of EU Pay Transparency by conducting pay gap analyses and formulating action plans.

• Contribute to job architecture, job evaluation, and leveling processes.

• Design and manage bonus schemes while documenting justifiable rules.

• Oversee benefits renewals, including benchmarking, preparation for vendor negotiations, developing business cases, handling procurement contracts, and managing communications.

• Manage the benefits budget and evaluate its effectiveness.

• Leverage AI and automation to minimize manual tasks in recurring analytics and processes.

• Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits roles.

• In-depth knowledge of compensation frameworks and benefits management.

• Proficiency in implementing compensation and benefits practices for international markets.

• Skilled in collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting data.

• Capable of identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.

• Ability to convey complex data in a clear manner.

• Experience in conducting market research and benchmarking activities.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• High-level proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Presentations.

• Competent in managing multiple projects concurrently and ensuring timely execution.
