This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Develop and sustain intricate models for salary bands, market pricing, geographic differentials, and allocation of merit/promotion budgets.
• Utilize enterprise AI platforms like Claude and ChatGPT to assess workforce datasets, synthesize compensation survey benchmarks, analyze market trends, and automate data transformation workflows.
• Model executive total compensation, performance metrics for short-term incentives, and strategies for long-term incentive grants.
• Create and model global equity frameworks, which include refresh plans, grant guidelines, vesting schedules, and budget allocations.
• Set up workflows for equity grant approvals, board consent materials, vesting schedules, and reconciliation between equity systems and the HRIS.
• Employ Carta and internal analytics tools to model scenarios for wealth creation and executive equity utilization.
• Collaboratively design, test, manage, and implement Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation workflows, eligibility criteria, and global merit cycle rollouts.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Workday, payroll systems, survey platforms, and analytical databases.
• Design, construct, and audit Workday custom reports, matrix reports, and calculated fields.
• Use BigQuery to query, analyze, and transform large-scale datasets.
• Promote the adoption of total rewards initiatives, updates to merit, changes in pay transparency, and rollouts of compensation programs.
• Create manager guidebooks, FAQ documents, presentation decks, and video walkthroughs.
• Design and conduct training sessions for managers, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and employees.
• Over 6 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, equity strategy, or People Analytics, with proven expertise at a senior/principal individual contributor level.
• A successful history of designing and modeling global compensation and equity programs in collaboration with Finance within a fast-paced or scaling technology setting.
• Proven experience in change management and driving enablement programs, including the creation of training materials and leading educational workshops for cross-functional teams.
• Direct hands-on experience with Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules is essential.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Suite, including VBA/macros, dynamic arrays, and complex formulas, are required.
• Strong familiarity with Carta for cap table analytics, grant administration, and LTI modeling is highly preferred.
• Experience using LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot for data analysis, code generation, or report generation is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with BI and BigQuery tools for data modeling is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional capability to build cross-functional partnerships encompassing Finance, Legal, Stock Administration, and Systems Engineering.
• Profound familiarity with statistical techniques such as regression analysis and distribution metrics as applied to compensation and equity datasets.
• Solid understanding of fundamental compensation and equity design concepts.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus.
