This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the benefits renewal process across various countries in the Americas, collaborating with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage benefits enrollment and setup for new employees across the supported regions.
• Review, reconcile, and process invoices from vendors and carriers, addressing any discrepancies.
• Provide support for pension and retirement program administration, which includes contributions, enrollments, and vendor coordination.
• Create and distribute communications regarding benefits.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local benefits regulations and reporting obligations.
• Assist in the coordination and promotion of wellness programs.
• Act as a primary resource for benefits-related inquiries, employee emails, and tasks within Workday.
• Manage the Leave of Absence procedures, including tracking, documentation, and coordination with HR and payroll.
• Aid in the market adjustment and promotion processes.
• Support the annual merit increase cycle, which involves data validation, calculations, and communications.
• Assist with the annual bonus procedure, including eligibility checks, calculations, and reporting.
• Provide coaching to managers regarding compensation queries, tools, and guidelines.
• Conduct Workday approvals and maintain the integrity of compensation data.
• Support the administration of the AwardCo recognition platform.
• Coordinate participation in salary surveys, including data submission and vendor communication.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, or Compensation administration, preferably with multi-country/Americas exposure.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours to align with Canada, Latin America, and US time zones as necessary.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Proficient in HRIS systems.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of multi-country benefits.
• Experience in vendor and broker management.
• High standards of confidentiality and judgment.
• Strong project and time management skills.
