This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Process vehicle titles with accuracy and efficiency.
• Confirm the correctness of title information.
• Engage with clients and regulatory bodies to address title-related issues.
• Cultivate an understanding of title information at the US Federal, State, and Territory levels, as well as internal policies and NextGear's customer service standards.
• Assess titles for negotiability and sign and reassign titles on behalf of clients.
• Prepare applications for new titles on behalf of clients as required.
• Assist with lien perfection on collateral financed by NextGear Capital when necessary.
• Release NextGear Capital liens on fully paid collateral in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Communicate with internal and external clients through email, ServiceNOW tickets, and phone interactions.
• Address routine inquiries, adhere to guidelines, and apply judgment based on experience.
• Collaborate with senior Title Specialists and Titles & Records leadership on intricate title issues.
• Follow directives and uphold workflow standards with integrity.
• Meet production, quality, and performance metrics.
• Comply with NextGear Capital and Cox Automotive policies and procedures.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by Titles & Records leadership.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Typically, less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Applicants must reside in California, Washington, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Ohio, or Arizona.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship is available now or in the future.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
• A minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month.
