This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and implement a regional strategy aimed at establishing and enhancing new therapies.
• Identify market opportunities, assess customer needs, and evaluate long-term growth potential.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the therapy landscape, covering procedure types, treatment pathways, hospital capabilities, pricing dynamics, and reimbursement factors.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with surgeons, clinical leaders, hospital management, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide clinical and technical support for innovative surgical procedures utilizing Medtronic surgical solutions and disposable instruments.
• Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to foster education, advocacy, and therapy expansion.
• Analyze market dynamics, procedure volumes, and competitive activities.
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies that support decision-making and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and medical education teams on customer engagement strategies and educational initiatives.
• Report directly to the Sales Supervisor.
• Travel approximately 70% within the assigned territory.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Experience in the medical device industry, operating room environment, clinical support role, or a similar healthcare-facing position is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and drive activities from concept to execution in a developing or evolving market.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, spending approximately 70% of working time in the field.
• A valid Category B driving license.
• Professional proficiency in Polish and English.
• Experience in general surgery, surgical oncology, or another surgical specialty is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Polish hospital environment, stakeholder landscape, and reimbursement system is beneficial.
• Prior involvement in therapy development, market mapping, or adoption initiatives is an asset.
