This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Facilitate the adoption of innovative therapies while increasing sales and market share for the designated territory.
• Provide training, education, sales, and in-service support for new Vascular products.
• Proactively cultivate new accounts and promote the adoption of PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and other emerging products and therapies.
• Ethically manage territory organization, planning, administration, and expenses.
• Train medical personnel on new products and procedures.
• Achieve the expectations set forth by Sales Management.
• Meet and surpass Annual Operating Plan (AOP), sales budget, and account development objectives.
• Propel sales and the adoption of new Vascular technologies by employing effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with the Vascular Field team to pinpoint opportunities and implement sales strategies.
• Formulate and execute ongoing sales and market development plans.
• Identify, assess, and convert target accounts to enhance market share and promote new products.
• Manage expenses while complying with financial, regulatory, quality, and company requirements.
• Build and sustain relationships with decision-makers, customers, administrators, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Share market trends, insights, and best practices with the Vascular Field organization.
• Assess customer needs, address objections, foster consensus, secure commitments, and finalize sales.
• Organize and deliver sales/product presentations.
• Educate customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with physicians on case planning, manage expectations, and support cases to enhance outcomes.
• Engage physicians in clinical discussions regarding therapy and product benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, finance, and other internal departments.
• Convey market intelligence, competitor activities, leads, pricing, and account developments.
• Develop technical and clinical expertise, understand competing products, participate in development programs, and maintain knowledge of reimbursement processes.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years of relevant experience.
• OR an Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years of relevant experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• 8+ years of experience selling medical devices/therapies in hospital/OR settings or medical capital equipment, with a proven success rate in new product launches.
• Proven track record in sales hunting and developing new accounts, driving market penetration for innovative technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols and practices.
• Ability to teach, train, and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support teams on new devices and therapies.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree that fulfills the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license is required.
