Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment utilizing technology-enabled care.

• Serve patients throughout their lifespan.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans and function as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend shifts.

• Work in partnership with clients to reach their treatment goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create treatment plans.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Potentially acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted right to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Designated work-from-home area ensuring privacy for patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current/independent clinical licensure or relevant therapist credential.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.
