Global Change Facilitator – Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of collaborative ATMP workstreams.

• Assist team members in setting priorities, establishing objectives, and achieving results that align with BioPhorum's strategy and governance.

• Create engaging and inclusive meetings that foster discussion, leverage expertise, and strengthen relationships.

• Define deliverables, manage timelines, track progress, and maintain focus within workstreams.

• Distill complex scientific, technical, and regulatory information into clear, comprehensible outputs.

• Collaborate with members to develop publications, industry guidelines, proof of concepts, business cases, benchmarking tools, and presentations for conferences.

• Plan and facilitate both virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, and industry events.

• Monitor participation levels, identify emerging challenges, and ensure member engagement and satisfaction.

• Share insights from members, recognize opportunities to showcase BioPhorum's value, and enhance its collaborative approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent scientific education and background that enables engagement with complex life sciences topics.

• A scientific education or background is essential.

• Ideally, experience in the advanced therapies industry, including cell or gene therapy, RNA therapeutics, ATMP development, manufacturing, testing, or related regulatory environments.

• Experience in managing projects, programs, or change initiatives, preferably within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMOs, or related consulting fields.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Ability to influence, build trust, adapt communication styles, and engage with diverse groups.

• A collaborative mindset with a passion for facilitating constructive discussions.

• Capability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively to various audiences.

• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

• Proficiency in managing multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and deadlines.

• Sound judgment, initiative, and a proactive approach.

• Flexibility to adapt as priorities and discussions change.

• A continuous improvement mindset.

• Ability to work efficiently in a remote, fast-paced, and growing organization.

• Willingness to commit to at least two UK trips and two international trips each year.
