This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Promote the adoption of innovative therapies while increasing sales and market share within the designated territory.
• Conduct training, education, sales, and in-service sessions for new vascular products.
• Establish new accounts and facilitate the adoption of PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and additional products and therapies.
• Ethically manage territory organization, planning, administration, and expenses.
• Provide training to medical staff regarding new products and procedures.
• Fulfill expectations set by Sales Management.
• Achieve or surpass Annual Operating Plan (AOP), sales budget, and account development objectives.
• Execute sales strategies and tactics for emerging vascular technologies.
• Identify opportunities and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Vascular Field team.
• Develop and carry out ongoing sales and market development plans.
• Identify, assess, and convert target accounts.
• Manage expenses while adhering to financial, regulatory, quality, and company standards.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers, customers, administrators, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Share market trends, insights, and best practices within the Vascular Field organization.
• Understand customer needs, address objections, build consensus, secure commitments, and finalize business deals.
• Plan and deliver impactful sales and product presentations.
• Educate customers on new products and their features.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians in planning cases, managing expectations, and improving outcomes.
• Engage physicians in discussions about therapy benefits and product advantages.
• Partner with marketing, customer service, finance, and other internal departments.
• Communicate market intelligence, competitor activities, sales opportunities, pricing, and account activities.
• Develop technical and clinical expertise while understanding competitive products.
• Participate in product and skills development initiatives.
• Stay informed about the reimbursement landscape.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience.
• OR an Associate’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences is required.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• 8+ years of experience in selling medical devices/therapies in hospital/OR environments or medical capital equipment is preferred.
• A proven track record of successful new product launches is preferred.
• Experience in sales hunting, new account development, and market penetration is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Business is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols and conduct is preferred.
• Ability to teach, train, and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support teams on new devices and therapies is preferred.
• Consistently top-tier performance, including recognitions such as President’s Club or equivalent awards, is preferred.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
