This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and implement a regional strategy aimed at establishing and growing new therapies, including Breast Surgery.
• Recognize market opportunities, customer requirements, and long-term growth prospects.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of procedure types, treatment pathways, hospital capabilities, pricing dynamics, and reimbursement factors.
• Forge and sustain relationships with surgeons, clinical leaders, hospital management, and other key stakeholders.
• Offer clinical and technical assistance for innovative surgical procedures utilizing Medtronic surgical solutions and disposable surgical instruments.
• Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to promote education, advocacy, and therapy expansion.
• Examine market dynamics, procedure volumes, and competitive activities.
• Convert market insights into actionable strategies that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and medical education teams on customer engagement strategies, educational programs, and regional development initiatives.
• Travel approximately 70% within the designated territory.
• Report directly to the Sales Supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in the medical device sector, operating room setting, clinical support roles, or similar healthcare-facing positions is preferred.
• Capacity to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept to execution in a developing or evolving market.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region, with approximately 70% of work time spent in the field.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Proficient in both Polish and English.
• Previous experience in general surgery, surgical oncology, or another surgical specialty is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Polish hospital landscape, stakeholder environment, and reimbursement system is a plus.
• Prior participation in therapy development, market mapping, or adoption initiatives is beneficial.
