Therapy Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate appropriate patient access and adoption of J&J’s Myeloma CAR-T therapy.

• Create and execute a localized brand and portfolio strategy.

• Establish robust clinical partnerships.

• Aid in the optimization of patient pathways.

• Serve as a therapy and product expert while delivering compliant clinical promotion within approved indications.

• Stimulate clinical demand through brand strategy and on-the-ground tactics.

• Lead local account and strategic account planning initiatives.

• Enhance uptake, optimize patient referral pathways, and tackle access challenges.

• Cultivate relationships with clinicians and healthcare collaborators.

• Provide education to healthcare professionals and develop local prescribing advocates.

• Create customer call plans to maximize coverage, frequency, access, and commercial opportunities.

• Utilize CRM, data, insights, and dashboards to guide decision-making and boost performance.

• Collect and disseminate customer insights and market intelligence.

• Implement customer preference mapping, persona development, and digital engagement strategies.

• Assist in future launch planning and promote treatment uptake from the time of launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or commercial roles, preferably within Haematology.

• Strong scientific and clinical understanding with the ability to convey complex data clearly and persuasively.

• Strategic mindset accompanied by strong business planning and execution skills.

• Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

• High degree of accountability, ownership, and learning agility.

• Capability to work effectively within a matrix and cross-functional environment.

• ABPI qualification is preferred.
