Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-driven therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI

• Manage a caseload of 7 to 20 sessions weekly

• Allocate roughly 85% of total time to direct client interactions, including therapy sessions and assessments for new clients

• Participate in manager check-ins for 1 hour weekly during the initial 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes monthly

• Leverage data to inform treatment and modify strategies based on client progress

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and refer clients as needed

• Ensure completion, signing, and locking of EMR documentation within 48 hours of client interaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Must be willing and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states; Two Chairs will cover all associated costs

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+)

• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy

• Proficient in clinical assessments, including PHQ-9

• Comfortable using EHR systems

• Available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST

• Committed to 8 to 24 total hours of weekly availability

• Capable of completing, signing, and locking documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
