This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead structured virtual treatment sessions for parents and caregivers, utilizing evidence-based programs for ADHD and anxiety.
• Deliver group curricula with consistency and clinical fidelity, tailoring facilitation to suit each cohort.
• Foster a warm, engaging, and psychologically safe environment for group participants.
• Assist parents in understanding and applying evidence-based behavioral health strategies at home.
• Manage group dynamics, participation, discussion redirection, boundaries, and scope effectively.
• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation is completed.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and multidisciplinary teams when families require additional support or a different level of care.
• Engage in training, consultation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain availability for recurring cohorts and ensure continuity throughout group programs.
• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field with active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC; or a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) with active psychologist licensure.
• Must be currently licensed in California.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states.
• Experience working with parents and caregivers of children and adolescents.
• Proven experience supporting families dealing with behavioral, emotional, or developmental issues.
• Experience in delivering evidence-based, parent-focused interventions through telehealth.
• Familiarity with children and families affected by ADHD, anxiety, or similar behavioral health issues.
• Background in facilitating groups, classes, workshops, or other structured clinical or psychoeducational programming.
• Strong skills in group facilitation and clinical communication.
• Ability to utilize structured, evidence-based curricula alongside clinical judgment.
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability.
• Reliable availability for recurring group cohorts.
• Access to a stable, secure internet connection in a private, distraction-free environment.
• Willingness to provide services during peak hours (6–8 pm PT and/or Saturday 8 am–2 pm PT) for at least 2 hours per week.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in facilitating virtual therapy or psychoeducational groups is advantageous.
• Licensure in additional states is a plus.
• Flexible part-time hours ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week.
• Group operating hours are from 9 am to 8 pm PT, Monday through Saturday, with after-school and evening groups available.
• Dedicated care coordination team to assist with cancellations, rescheduling, documentation requests, and billing.
