This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Deliver evidence-based virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and families utilizing a whole-family model.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and provide high-quality clinical care.
• Implement measurement-based care and standardized assessments to inform treatment planning and track progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers to enhance skills, support treatment objectives, and improve outcomes.
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Evaluate and address safety concerns in line with clinical best practices and organizational guidelines.
• Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to relevant licensing, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Strong commitment to practicing within a structured, outcomes-oriented, measurement-based care framework focused on children and families.
• Master’s-level therapist with independent licensure in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Proven track record in treating common pediatric mental health issues using evidence-based methods.
• Excellent diagnostic and assessment abilities.
• Proficient in delivering care virtually and utilizing technology in clinical practice.
• Interest or experience in measurement-informed care and tracking outcomes.
• Availability for 7 sessions per week during peak demand periods, including school hours, after-school hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Background check is mandatory following a contingent job offer.
