Licensed Child & Family Therapist – Measurement Based Care, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide teletherapy based on evidence to children aged 6–17 and their families.

• Administer evidence-based interventions including CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and others.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation, which includes intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Conduct thorough intake and diagnostic assessments.

• Execute multi-dimensional evaluations that encompass family dynamics, school environment, medical history, and cultural influences.

• Evaluate risk and safety factors, including SI/HI/NSSI, and develop safety plans as necessary.

• Employ standardized clinical measures to aid in diagnosis and ongoing patient care.

• Monitor client progress through session-level measures that integrate both client-reported and clinician-assessed perspectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s-level therapist with independent licensure in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).

• Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to children and families.

• Proven experience in treating prevalent pediatric mental health conditions with evidence-based methods.

• Strong skills in diagnostic assessment.

• Proficient in delivering care virtually and utilizing technology in clinical settings.

• Interest in or experience with measurement-informed care and tracking outcomes.

• Minimum caseload of 7 clients.

• Background check required after a conditional offer of employment.
