Therapy Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Drive effective patient access and adoption of J&J’s Myeloma CAR-T therapy.

• Create and execute local brand and portfolio strategies.

• Establish clinical partnerships and enhance patient pathways.

• Serve as a therapy and product expert, providing compliant clinical promotion within licensed indications.

• Propel clinical demand through brand strategy and in-field tactics.

• Lead local and strategic account initiatives to boost uptake and overcome access obstacles.

• Cultivate relationships with clinicians and healthcare partners while delivering HCP education.

• Develop customer call strategies to optimize coverage, frequency, access, and commercial prospects.

• Utilize CRM, data, insights, and dashboards to inform decision-making and enhance performance.

• Collect and disseminate customer insights and market intelligence.

• Implement customer preference mapping, persona development, and digital engagement methodologies.

• Assist in future launch planning and promote treatment uptake from the outset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or commercial roles, preferably in Haematology.

• Strong scientific and clinical understanding with the capability to communicate complex data clearly and credibly.

• Strategic thinker with robust business planning and execution skills.

• Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

• High levels of accountability, ownership, and adaptability to learning.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix and cross-functional setting.

• ABPI qualification is preferred.

• Required skills: Pharmaceutical Sales, Strategic Planning, Territory Account Management.
