Acute-Care Therapist – PT / OT / SLP – AI Clinical Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Develop and evaluate intricate scenarios for acute-care rehabilitation.

• Design and assess longitudinal case studies, providing gold-standard responses and evaluation rubrics.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for their clinical reasoning, functional assessments, mobility or swallowing recommendations, discharge planning, documentation quality, and effective multidisciplinary care coordination.

• Participate in an AI training and assessment initiative aimed at fostering realistic clinical reasoning, chart review, rehabilitation planning, and ensuring patient safety.

⛳️ Requirements

• A professional degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Therapy / Pathology.

• An active or recently held professional license, registration, or recognized credential relevant to the candidate’s country.

• Approximately 3+ years of professional experience in the respective field.

• Current or recent practice experience within the last 3 years.

• Significant experience in acute-care hospital or inpatient clinical settings.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to interpret complex or fragmented patient records.

• Experience in documenting functional assessments, treatment recommendations, progress, and discharge requirements.

• Excellent written English skills and the capability to provide clear, clinically defensible reasoning.
