Therapist – Older Adults, LSCSW / LCMFT / LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team

• Handle documentation using efficient EMR and AI documentation tools

• Engage in regular paid case consultations

• Build a caseload that aligns with personal availability

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or a comparable credential

• Licensed to practice in Kansas

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Preferred experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous

• Capability to conduct a minimum of 15 sessions weekly
