Therapist – Older Adults, LISW-CP / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through a virtual platform.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Operate independently while being an integral part of a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Develop a caseload that aligns with personal availability.

• Offer support for grief, loss, isolation, and challenges associated with late life.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Hold a valid license in South Carolina.

• Have a Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferably have experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Be comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Ability to conduct a minimum of 15 sessions weekly.

• Qualification as an independently licensed therapist.

• Provide mental health license type and number during the application process.
