Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Maintain a client caseload ranging from 7 to 20 sessions each week.

• Ensure availability for 8 to 24 hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST.

• Allocate approximately 85% of your time to direct client care, which includes therapy sessions and new client assessments.

• Participate in weekly manager check-ins for 1 hour during the initial 6 weeks, transitioning to 30 minutes monthly thereafter.

• Utilize data to guide treatment decisions and modify approaches based on client progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health providers and make referrals when necessary.

• Complete, sign, and securely lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours following client contact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in Texas as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LP.

• Must be willing and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states; Two Chairs will cover all associated costs.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+).

• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy.

• Proficient in conducting clinical assessments such as the PHQ-9.

• Comfortable using EHR systems.
