Licensed Therapist – LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual psychotherapy services to clients via the telehealth platform.

• Evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and client-focused care.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation is completed.

• Collaborate with the wider care team as necessary.

• Adhere to relevant professional, licensing, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).

• Strong clinical expertise and dedication to evidence-based practices.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and telehealth platforms.

• Enthusiasm for delivering culturally responsive, client-centered care.

• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week on a recurring basis.

• Experience in telehealth is preferred.

• Licensure in multiple states is a plus.

• Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts is advantageous.

• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred; Spanish is highly desirable.

• Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is preferred.

• Applicants may live outside California, but active California clinical licensure is mandatory.

• Associate-level candidates are not currently considered.
