Licensed Therapist – Children & Adolescents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.

• Evaluate developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health requirements.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to age appropriateness.

• Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers when clinically suitable.

• Provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and client-focused care.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation is completed.

• Collaborate with the wider care team as necessary.

• Adhere to all relevant professional, licensing, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).

• Demonstrate strong clinical abilities and a dedication to evidence-based practices.

• Be proficient with technology and telehealth platforms.

• Exhibit a passion for delivering culturally sensitive, client-centered care.

• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

• Preferred experience in providing psychotherapy to children and/or adolescents.

• Preferred experience in addressing youth behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, school-related challenges, family dynamics, or life transitions.

• Preferred experience in engaging parents and caregivers as part of treatment when clinically appropriate.

• Preferred experience with telehealth services.

• Preferred licensure in multiple states.

• Additional language proficiency, with Spanish being particularly desirable.

• Preferred experience working with diverse or underserved youth and families.

• Applicants may be located outside of California, but active California clinical licensure is mandatory.

• 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement.
