Licensed Therapist – Adult Psychotherapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual individual psychotherapy primarily focusing on adult clients.

• Evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Assist clients dealing with behavioral health and life challenges.

• Provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and client-focused care.

• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

• Collaborate with the wider care team as necessary.

• Adhere to relevant professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).

• Strong clinical abilities and dedication to evidence-based practices.

• Proficient in using technology and telehealth platforms.

• Commitment to providing culturally responsive and client-centered care.

• Capability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

• Experience in delivering psychotherapy to adult clients.

• Background in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, or other common adult behavioral health concerns.

• Experience with telehealth services.

• Proficiency in additional languages; Spanish is especially desirable.

• Experience working with diverse or underserved communities.

• Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts, where applicable.

• Fully licensed California therapist; applications from associate-level candidates will not be considered.
