Licensed Therapist – Couples & Family Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide virtual psychotherapy for couples, partners, and families.

• Evaluate relational and family-system needs to create tailored treatment plans.

• Assist clients with issues related to communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, intimacy, and other relational matters.

• Utilize evidence-informed relational or systemic approaches that align with training and professional scope.

• Deliver client-centered care that is culturally responsive.

• Ensure clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the wider care team as necessary.

• Adhere to relevant professional, licensing, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold an active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).

• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Be comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms.

• Have a passion for delivering culturally responsive, client-centered care.

• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

• Preferred experience in providing therapy for couples, relationships, and families.

• Preferred training or experience in relational, systemic, or family-oriented approaches.

• Preferred experience addressing communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, or family-system issues.

• Telehealth experience is preferred.

• Licensure in multiple states is preferred.

• Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are highly desirable.

• Preferred experience working with diverse or underserved couples and families.

• Currently, we are not accepting associate-level applicants.

• Applicants may live outside California but must possess an active, unrestricted California clinical license.
