Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW / LMFT / LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Oversee documentation using efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Assist patients through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must hold a license in Minnesota.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is an advantage.

• Willingness to conduct at least 15 sessions weekly is required.

• Mental health license type and number must be included in the application.

• States of licensure must be specified in the application.
