Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Handle documentation utilizing efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Develop a caseload that aligns with personal availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in Washington.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience in working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Minimum commitment of at least 15 weekly sessions.

• Capability to work autonomously within a collaborative care team.
