Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly patients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Operate independently while collaborating with a comprehensive care team.

• Handle documentation efficiently using the advanced EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Develop a clinical caseload according to your specified availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or a comparable credential.

• Must be licensed to practice in Rhode Island.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability to conduct at least 15 sessions weekly.

• 1099 clinicians begin with a minimum of 15 hours per week; W2 clinicians start at 25 hours per week.
